Pune. A fire broke out in a three-storey building in Ghopade Peth, Pune, Maharashtra on Friday, in which 10 Persian cats were trapped. Where, the rescue work of the Fire Department was going on since yesterday. On Saturday, all the cats were rescued by the fire department. No casualties have been reported in this incident.
“The pets were trapped in a flat, which was full of smoke due to the fire, but we managed to rescue them,” the fire official said.

According to reports, the fire brigade got information about a fire in a building in Ghorpade Peth around 6:55 pm. Soon after which a team of fire brigade department and a fire brigade were sent to the spot. Firefighters on the spot saw flames and smoke billowing out of a building in a street near Urdu School. However, the fire brigade brought the situation under control in no time and shifted the residents to safer places.
