Wardha. District and Sessions Judge RB Bhagwat sentenced the accused to life imprisonment with hard wages and a fine of Rs 50,000 in the case of molesting a minor. Ordered to pay the amount of the said fine to the victim as compensation for damages. The accused Amol Maroti Gadwe (30) is a resident of Sawangi Jod.
According to the information, the said case is under Vadner police station. On June 7, 2019, Firyadi went to her own farm with her husband at 7 am. At that time two daughters of the complainant were in the house. During 12.30 pm, both the husband and wife returned from the farm, at that time they did not see both the girls in the house, due to which the complainant went to his relative’s house and saw, where one girl child was found but the other was not visible.
Parents were threatened with death
On interrogation, the matter of going to the house of accused Amol Gadve came to light. When the complainant reached the house of the accused, his door was locked from inside. The complainant knocked on the door, gave voice, but got no response. After some time the accused opened the door. At that time the victim appeared scared. When asked to the accused, he did not say anything. After taking the victim home for interrogation, she told the accused about misbehavior. Threatened to kill her parents if she told anyone. A complaint was made to the Vadner police station immediately. The police filed the charge sheet against the accused in the court. The case was referred to Poxo Cell Hinganghat as the victim was a minor.

The hearing was held in the court of the existing District and Sessions Judge RB Bhagwat. On behalf of the government side in the case, Ed. Deepak Vaidya saw the work. 7 witnesses were examined by the government. As the investigating officer, PSI Madhuri Gaikwad completed the investigation. LNPC Bhavna Gahukar made efforts as a lobbying officer. Judge RB Bhagwat, after hearing all the arguments, sentenced the accused Amol Gadve to life imprisonment with hard wages and a fine of 50 thousand rupees. Ordered to pay the amount of fine to the victim.
