Jeevan Praman Patra: Today is the only day left for the pensioners to submit their annual Jeevan Pramaan Certificate i.e. Life Certificate (certificate or ‘Jeevan Pramaan Certificate’). Today 31st December 2021 is the last day for submission of Life Certificate. Every year pensioners have to submit their life certificate by November 30 to get their pension, but this year the deadline was extended to December 31.

Pensioners do not need to visit themselves to get their life certificate made. The Life Certificate itself can also be generated online. Senior citizens can generate their digital life certificates using a software application. A secure Aadhaar based biometric authentication system is also required for this. Pensioners, as well as PDAs, can withdraw their Digital Life Certificate at any time as and when required. Digital Life Certificate can also be stored.

The pensioner will have to first download the Jeevan Pramaan app of the government. From here the new user has to register.
After this, the pensioner will have to submit his Aadhaar number, bank account number and name, mobile number, Pension Payment Order (PPO). Here you have to click on the continue option. After this OTP will come on your registered phone. After receiving the OTP, fill it. It has to be authenticated using adhaka. After that users have to click on submit. After this the proof ID will be generated.
Once the Pramana ID is generated, the pensioner can log in using the app and another OTP. After this, click on the option of Generate Jeevan Pramaan. Click on Aadhaar and enter mobile number. Now users have to click on the option of Generate OTP. Then PPO number, name, distribution agency name has to be entered. Authenticate by scanning users fingerprint and iris using Aadhaar data.
Once all this is done Jeevan Pramaan will come on the window. A verification message will come on the registered mobile number of the users.
