Imphal: The Bharatiya Janata Party has fully geared up for the Manipur Assembly elections. In this sequence, BJP National President Jagat Prakash Nadda has addressed a youth rally in Kakching. During this, he fiercely attacked the opposition including the Congress. Nadda asked the youth, “What did Manipur want to do, rebellion or peace, sports or drugs?”
Insulting the country by criticizing Modi
Attacking the opposition parties, the BJP president said, “The intention of other political parties is only to criticize PM Modi. They forget that while criticizing PM Modi, he is also criticizing the country. They only think about corruption and commission. On the other hand, we have a vision to take India forward.”
He said, “You have to choose whether you want rebellion or stability, divide and rule or policy of prosperity, encounter or peace, drugs or sports. I am sure the youth here will choose sports over drunkenness and peace over encounters. Manipur will develop only when the lotus will bloom.
BJP did development, Congress did stability
JP Nadda said, “If you want to enjoy the development of BJP government, then remember the dark days of Congress. What did Congress give? Instability, Insurgency and Inequity. These three I (I) have been given by Congress. BJP has given three I (I) infrastructure, innovation and integration.”
Youth of Manipur associated with sports
Nadda said, “Manipur is synonymous with sports. Many women players come from Manipur. I call upon more and more youth of Manipur to associate themselves with sports under the Khelo India campaign.
