JaipurRajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Monday advised the main opposition BJP to stop trying to malign the government and indulge in politics of issues. He said that Rajasthan has always been known for cordial relations between the parties and the opposition and the present leaders of the BJP should also not set a wrong example in politics.
Talking to reporters, Gehlot said, “In the critical situation arising out of Corona, our priority has been to invest and provide jobs to the people, but the behavior done by the BJP is not good but condemnable.” Emphasizing on issue-based politics, Gehlot said, “Because make the issue only which ultimately serves the public interest. Ultimately the good should be for the people.” He alleged that the BJP was trying to falsely defame the state government.
Accusing the BJP leaders of being fascists, the Chief Minister said that they do not believe in democracy. Gehlot said, “This agenda of yours has come from Delhi… Now one-and-a-half-two years are left, you only falsely defame the state government… They have mastery in this.” Work less, do more marketing.
