Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Qureshi confessed to Kashmir during an interview to a private TV channel. He said that the removal of Article 370 is an internal matter of India.
Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi
Pakistan, who has repeatedly beaten the chest about Kashmir, has turned away from its own point. Two days ago, Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi had said to remove Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir that this is an internal matter of India. But Qureshi, who came on the target of opposition parties by speaking the truth on Kashmir, now turned back from his talk.
The Foreign Minister said on Monday that Jammu and Kashmir is not an internal matter of India but it is an international dispute. Shah Mahmood Qureshi tweeted, ‘I want to make it clear that Jammu and Kashmir is an internationally recognized dispute in the UN Security Council. The final decision on this will be taken only after free and fair referendum under the UNSC resolutions.
Let me be clear: Jammu & Kashmir is an internationally recognised dispute on the @A Security Council agenda. Final settlement of the dispute lies in #UNSC resolution calling for free and impartial plebiscite under UN auspices. Nothing about J&K can be India’s internal matter.

Private TV channel was given an interview
Qureshi confessed to Kashmir during an interview to a private TV channel. He said that the removal of Article 370 is an internal matter of India. This video clip became quite viral on social media. In this, he was clearly saying that Pakistan has nothing to do with the removal of Article 370. He also said that the matter of removing the status of special state from Jammu and Kashmir is also going on in the Supreme Court. He also said that the solution to this issue can be got out of talks only because thinking about war can also be a suicidal step.
Hit the target of critics
The Pakistan Foreign Minister’s remark went against the opposition parties and he came under target. The Opposition has clearly stated that until Article 370 is re-enacted, relations with India cannot be normal. Bilawal Bhutto’s party PPP’s Senate Sherry Rehman made several tweets about it. He said that the situation should be clear in Parliament in this regard. He said, ‘Decisions are not taken behind the scenes, there should be clarification on this dispute. We want to know that the PTI government is either confused or negligent on such a sensitive issue.
