The mortal remains of all the 13 dead, who lost their lives in the Coonoor helicopter crash in Tamil Nadu’s Coonoor on Wednesday, have been brought to Delhi’s Palam airport by plane on Thursday. It is to be known that the plane in which the body of the country’s first CDS General Bipin Rawat was brought, the body of his wife Madhulika was also kept in the same plane.

After this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and NSA Ajit Doval reached the airport and paid tribute to these brave sons of India. Along with this, tribute was paid to the brave sons from Kerala to Kashmir.

It is noteworthy that the bodies were brought out one by one at Palam airport. During this, the body of General Bipin Rawat was first brought out. During this, the chiefs of the three armies were also present there. The family members of late Rawat were shocked as soon as the dead body arrived. During this, the relatives of all the brave sons were present there. After paying tribute, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also met the family members of the CDS and expressed his condolences.
Today will be given the last farewell
According to government sources, the bodies of General Rawat, Madhulika Rawat, Brigadier LS Lidder and Vivek Kumar have been identified. At the same time, according to the schedule, today i.e. Friday morning 11 to 12. Common citizens will be able to pay tribute to the Rawat couple till 30 o’clock. After this, from 12:30 to 01:30 in the afternoon, military officers will come to pay tribute to him. Then at 2 pm his body will be taken for the last rites of Brar Chowk in Delhi Cantt. Thus today the country’s first brave CDS General Bipin Rawat will be given a final farewell.
Let us know that on Wednesday, an Indian Air Force helicopter crashed in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu. CDS Bipin Rawat was accompanied by his wife and 12 people in this helicopter. Out of which 13 people have died, while Group Captain Varun Singh has survived. Bipin Rawat will be cremated tomorrow i.e. on Friday in Delhi Cantt.
Along with this, the lives of these brave sons were lost.
In this incident on Wednesday, apart from CDS General Bipin Rawat and Madhulika Rawat, Brigadier LS Lidder, Lt Col Harjinder Singh, Wing Commander PS Chauhan, Squadron Leader K Singh, JWO Das, JWO Pradeep A, Havildar Satpal, Naik Gursewak Singh , Naik Jitendra Kumar, Lance Naik Vivek Kumar and Lance Naik Sai Teja also lost their lives.
