new Delhi. Hathras of Uttar Pradesh is in the news all over the country over the alleged gang rape and death of a Dalit girl. After continuous questioning on the investigation of the police, the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has recommended investigating this case with the CBI, on the other hand, on the petition of the Hathras case to be investigated by the CBI or SIT today i.e. on October 6 Tuesday, the Supreme Court I want to hear A three-judge bench will hear the petition filed in the Supreme Court, comprising Chief Justice Justices SA Bobde, Justice AS Bopanna and Justice V Ramasubramaniam. Let me tell you, on September 14, in Bulgadhi village of Hathras district, a 19-year-old Dalit girl was allegedly gang-raped by four boys. The victim died during treatment at Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi on 29 September. After the death, the police had cremated the victim in the night, which caused a tremendous ruckus.
