Akola. Under the leadership of Jagdish Kumar Ingle, the founder of the landless homeless movement, a Sangharsh Morcha is being organized at the District Magistrate’s office on December 29. A request has been given to the District Magistrate in this regard. Landless homeless people belonging to SC/ST have encroached for agricultural purposes. With which they feed the family by sowing essential commodities.
But the government’s decision of 12 July 2011, Gairan Gurchar or villagers’ public use land should not be sanctioned to any individual, private entity, association for any purpose, such directions even if it is from the government level, But the local revenue system is unforgivably neglecting the encroached land.
An example of this is the failure to take records of crops sown during the kharif season of 2021, when the crop records were not taken while sowing on the actual land. When the Patwari is asked to sow the crop, he shirks responsibility by replying that 7/12 is not in your name, so the sowing of the crop cannot be written.
Therefore, the farmers who are sowing the land, that is, the farmers whose names are not 7/12, but are occupying the land, a lot of injustice is being done to them. For this, under the leadership of Jagdish Kumar Ingle, the leader of the landless homeless movement, a Sangharsh Morcha will be organized on 29 December 2021 at District Magistrate Office Akola and Tehsil Office Akote for the rights of landless homeless and non 7/12 farmers. Recently a request in this regard has been submitted to the District Magistrate.
On this request, the chief convener Mangala Gawai, Mohammad Farooq Mo. Samad, Naimoddin Fakhroddin, Sheikh Rahman Sheikh Amad, Sheikh Imran Sheikh Rehman, Sheikh Jabir Sheikh Hussain, Rambharose Rawate, Shabanabi Sabir Mirza, Usha Nare, Mangla Pakhre, Hamid Hussain Liaquat Hussain, Amenabi Sheikh Jafar etc.
