- call of district administration
- Administration cautious in view of the spread of Omicron
Akola. The District Magistrate has informed the Health Department to be alert after the report of a young woman who returned to the district after traveling from Dubai came Omicron positive. Citizens should follow COVID rules while welcoming the new year, otherwise action will have to be taken, this indication has been given by the district administration.
Omicron’s terror is increasing across the state. After Nagpur, the first patient of Omicron has also been found in Akola. The panic of Corona is not over yet. Omicron’s woes are likely to escalate on that. The girl’s RNA sample has come positive from Pune’s lab on Sunday. Due to which the concern of the people of the district has increased, but the condition of the girl suffering from Omicron is said to be better.
Although the state is currently witnessing a decline in corona cases, Omicron is slowly increasing. The number of patients infected with Omicron is increasing rapidly in the state. As a result, the health department has become more vigilant and only citizens of foreign countries are exposed to Omicron’s risk. Therefore, the Health Department had received a list of 232 citizens from abroad in the district. Of these, the report of 174 was given to the Health Department.
Out of these, 47 persons were RTPCR tested and their report has been found negative. Meanwhile, after the corona report of a young woman returned from Dubai came positive, she has now been found to be the new variant of Corona, Omicron. As a precaution against this, the district health system has become alert.
fear of lockdown among citizens
In the last one and a half years, three to four lockdowns have been imposed by the administration. A similar situation was seen when the first corona patient was found. But now even after a year and a half, patients of Korana are being found. Till now 100% vaccination has not been done. So has the administration once again locked down? This question is being raised in the mind of common citizens.
confusion among businessmen
The state government has imposed night gathering restrictions in some areas to avoid crowds on New Year’s Eve. If the same thing happened on December 31, then what would happen to the arrangements made by the hoteliers for December 31? Hoteliers are worried that all the expenses may not go into the water. The district administration has not clarified about this yet.
A report received from Pune on December 26 of the girl who returned to the district from Dubai has shown her to be Omicron positive. The girl’s health is fine. People who came in contact with him have also been tested. All of them have got test negative. Therefore citizens should not panic and cooperate with the administration.
