Bhiwandi : The process of fire is starting in Bhiwandi. In the last 15 days, goods worth crores of rupees have been destroyed due to fire in factories at about a dozen places. A massive fire broke out in a 3-storey plastic factory located in Prerna Complex, Valgaon Gram Panchayat.
Due to the fire, 8 godowns located on the first and second floors were caught in the fire, in which goods worth crores of rupees were burnt to ashes on sight. According to the information received, there are 8 warehouses on the first and second floors except the ground floor in the 3-storey building in Prerna Complex located in Val Gram Panchayat. The government gets revenue of crores of rupees per month from the warehouse area, despite repeated demands from the government, the fire station is not being opened in the warehouse area. The warehouse holders have appealed to the Guardian Minister Eknath Shinde and District Magistrate Rajesh Narvekar to open a fire station for the safety of the warehouse area.
