Sindhi Railway (No.) The local Talatule family did not give the payment amount of Rs 6.50 crore to the cotton of about 285 farmers on behalf of Shri Krishna Jining Pressing Industries of Sailu. Because of this, the farmers had lodged a complaint with the police station. Now after seven years of struggle, the way for the farmers to get 40 per cent of the original amount from the amount received in the auction has become easy. It should be noted that the farmers of the Talatule family had not paid for the cotton purchased by the farmers. In this, the APMC Sindi Railway was accused of being negligent.
The farmers had filed a petition in the court
Even after trying to recover it, the farmers complained to the government for not getting recovery from Shri Krishna Industries for two to three years. During this, the then Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis tried to return the amount to the farmers, but without success. Due to this, the farmers appealed in the High Court, Nagpur Bench. Where, on the orders of the High Court, five hectares of agricultural and non-agricultural land located in division one of the Sindi Railway NP area of the Talatule family and 4 hectares of agricultural land located on Digraj Road were auctioned.
Clear the way to get up to 40 percent of the original amount
With this, Tehsildar Mahendra Suryavanshi completed the process by giving possession of the land by selling it to Dr. Leeladhar Paliwal and Ashish Parab for 3.10 crores. With the transfer of the amount received from the auction to the account of the Registrar’s office, the path has become easy for the farmers to get about 40 percent of the original amount in the coming week.

To get the amount of farmers, Pvt. Mohan Sonurkar, Ramnarayan Pathak, Manoj Shinde, Sudam Pawar played agitating role. Due to lack of justice, a petition was filed in the High Court Nagpur Bench. Where the auction process was completed on the order of the High Court. Tehsildar Suryavanshi informed the Rashi Registrar’s office about the transfer.
After a long wait, the payment route has become convenient.
Now after a long wait of 7 years, the way has been facilitated for the farmers to get about 40 percent of the outstanding principal amount.
