A small canine that was stolen by two males in Beacon Hill Monday morning has been discovered secure and is again residence, based on the nonprofit Missing Dogs Massachusetts.
Boston police has been investigating the dognapping incident after Rose — a 9-year-old blended breed feminine terrier — was grabbed by a Hispanic man who then acquired right into a blue Honda Civic with one other Hispanic man.
Several hours afterward Monday, Rose was reunited together with her proprietor.
“We’re so glad she’s back home and that she’s safe,” Erin Thomas, a volunteer for Missing Dogs Massachusetts, instructed the Herald Monday night.

Before midday on Monday, the canine walker had tied up Rose and two different canine to a pole within the space of Mount Vernon and Walnut streets in Beacon Hill when the 11-pound tan canine was stolen. The canine walker had tied up the three pups to select up one other canine on Walnut Street.
The two suspects within the blue Honda, one with blonde hair and the opposite with puffy hair, fled the Beacon Hill scene — heading down Walnut Street and taking a proper on Beacon Street.
When the canine’s proprietor arrived on the scene, she instructed officers that her canine was sporting an apple air tag in its collar, which final pinged at 67 Beacon St.
Police searched that space, and located the apple air tag with no collar.
Later on Monday, Rose’s proprietor obtained a name from somebody, asking her if she had misplaced her canine. The caller despatched the proprietor photos of the canine, after which the caller and the proprietor met up together with Boston cops.
“We’re so thankful for the people who found her, and for Boston police for their help,” Thomas stated.

Thomas stated the nonprofit sadly hears of those dognapping incidents occurring — whether or not it’s as a result of the thief needs to resell the canine, or the individual needs to maintain the canine for themselves.
