Ranchi : Chief Secretary Sukhdev Singh has asked the concerned department heads to settle the pending cases on the Single Window System Portal within 10 days. He was reviewing the pending applications of professional services applied through Single Window System Portal under his chairmanship.
The Chief Secretary directed that the cases which have not yet been integrated on the Single Window System portal, should be ensured without delay. He directed that the disposal of pending applications should be expedited by the Additional Chief Secretary, Forest, Environment and Climate Change Department by reviewing through video conferencing with all the forest divisional officers.

At the same time, all the concerned departmental secretaries present in the meeting were expected to ensure speedy disposal of pending cases by coordinating with their departmental field officers so that investors do not have to worry about various types of clearances. That as per the instructions of the Chief Secretary, all the concerned departments started a campaign for the disposal of the applications received on the Single Window System Portal.
95 cases disposed of by JBVNL
In this sequence, 270 cases have been settled by Forest, Environment and Climate Change Department, 335 by Labor Planning and Training Department, 207 by Commercial Tax Department, 41 by Urban Development Department, 95 by JBVNL.
