Digital Health Card Apply Online: Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Ayushman Bharat-Digital Mission on 27 September 2021.
During this, PM Modi said that it has the power to bring revolutionary changes in the field of health facilities. Under this digital mission, digital health identity cards will be provided to the people, in which their health records will be recorded.
The pilot project of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission was announced by Prime Minister Modi on August 15 last year from the ramparts of the Red Fort. Presently the scheme is being implemented in six Union Territories in the initial phase.

National Health Authority Chief Executive Officer RS Sharma told a daily about the health ID or card that as soon as the scheme is announced, ABDM health records will start coming on Google Playstore, through which registration will be done and the unique ID will be of 14 digits. Sharma further said that those who do not have mobile, they will be able to get the card made at the registered government-private hospital, community health center, primary health center, wellness center and common service center. After giving the basic details there, it will be done easily.
Apart from this, any person can know complete details about it by logging on to the official website of National Health Authority healthid.ndhm.gov.in. To make a digital health card, your mobile number, name, year of birth, gender, address and Aadhaar number will be required. This digital health card will contain all the details related to medical records and medicine. The Health ID card will open only when you tell the One Time Password i.e. OTP.
