Nashik: The purpose of the Thackeray government, which is procrastinating in finding a solution for OBC reservation, has become clear. The three parties sitting in the government do not have the will power to give OBC reservation. After getting a setback from the court in this case, the government has started the game of escaping responsibility again. This big allegation has been made by BJP State General Secretary and MLA Devyani Farande.
He has said that preparing the imperial data is the only way to re-implement the reservation of OBCs. But by hesitation, the Thackeray government is conspiring to end the reservation permanently. Devendra Fadnavis, when he was the Chief Minister, had issued it on 31 July 2019. There was a deliberate avoidance by changing this ordinance, which led to the cancellation of the presidency. At that time the objective of the Thackeray government was clear. After this, the Thackeray government took a long time of 15 months to act on the court’s order by pretending to be in the court and said that the reservation limit should be more than 50 percent. Because of this, the path to re-implementation of reservation itself was closed. After this, the court reprimanded the government for the second time for preparing the imperial data. The only way to implement the reservation is to prepare the imperial data at the earliest. Opposition leader Devendra Fadnavis has drawn the attention of the government regarding this.

The Backward Classes Commission has also made it clear that if resources are mobilized from the government, such data can be prepared in the shortest possible time. By ignoring the demand of the commission, the ministers of the state are misleading the public by agitating for reservation. Attempts are being made to hide its mistake by repeatedly pointing towards the central government. The state government alleged that the central government was not giving it the imperial data. Now the Supreme Court has reprimanded the government and said that it is the job of the state government to prepare the imperial data. Even after this the government is not ready to listen. Farande has warned that now is the time to come out on the road and question the government. The state government is throwing the ball in the court of the central government to save its honour.
