What’s open, what not in Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced on Sunday that all work will be allowed in the capital from 5 am tomorrow. Some things will be banned and some will be opened in a limited way. He said that a detailed order will be issued in this regard. Kejriwal told that religious places will be opened, but people will not be allowed there. Weekly market is also being approved, but 1 market per zone will open.
Marriage allowed in homes and courts
He said that weddings would not be allowed in public places like banquet halls or hotels. Marriage can be done only in homes and courts, in which not more than 20 people will be able to attend. Only 20 people have been allowed in the funeral.
Apart from this, Kejriwal announced that spas, gyms, yoga institutes will remain closed in the capital. Public parks and gardens will also remain closed. There will be a limit of 100 percent attendance of Group A officers in government offices and 50 percent for the rest. Essential services will continue. Private offices in Delhi will be able to function at 50 percent capacity from 9 am to 5 pm. All market complexes, malls will now be open from 10 am to 8 pm.

Stricter restrictions on increase in cases: Kejriwal
Kejriwal also told that the restaurant has been allowed to open with 50 percent seating capacity. He said that they will keep a watch on it for a week and if there is a rise in cases, then more strict restrictions will be imposed. Otherwise, it will continue. Delhi Metro and buses have been allowed to run with 50 percent capacity. Apart from this, not more than 2 passengers will be allowed in auto, e-rickshaw or taxi to ensure social distancing.
Kejriwal said that schools and educational institutions will remain closed in Delhi. With this, all social, political, cultural gatherings in the capital will also be banned. Delhi CM said that the situation of corona in Delhi is largely under control and preparations are on for a possible third wave.
