Delhi Metro has issued advisory regarding Independence Day. In such a situation, if you are planning to go out somewhere from Saturday to Sunday, August 15, then definitely know this advisory. Delhi Metro has informed by tweeting that parking facility will not be available at any metro stations on 14th August from 6 am to 15th August i.e. at 2 pm on Sunday, that is, if you are planning to exit during this time, then public It would be better to take the help of transport. Delhi Metro has taken this decision on the occasion of Independence Day keeping in view the safety standards. Due to Independence Day, Delhi Metro has closed the parking facility itself. Metro train services will continue as before.
Parking facilities will not be available at Delhi Metro stations from 6:00 AM on 14th August, 2021 till 2:00 PM on 15th August, 2021 in view of the security measures adopted on the occasion of Independence Day.
However, the Metro train services will continue to run.

DMRC has started operation of feeder electric buses for the first time in Delhi on a trial basis on Thursday. However, its services are not available to everyone. Only those metro passengers can board these e-buses, who have Delhi Metro Smart Card or Metro DTC Smart Card.
