A person in Delhi’s Paschim Vihar was booked after he allegedly attacked a pet canine with an iron rod, whereas injuring two others who tried to protest towards the assault, mentioned the police, in line with The Indian Express. According to the police, the accused Dharamvir Dahiya bought enraged as a pet canine began barking at him, following which, he allegedly threw the canine away after lifting it by its tail. In the method, Dahiya allegedly bought bit by the canine. Soon after, Dahiya adopted the canine and hit it on its head with an iron rod. The police quickly reached the spot, after getting a PCR name at 9:27 am on Sunday.
