Let us tell you that a similar case of exploitation of Dalit class has come to light from Sarsi village of Neemuch district of Madhya Pradesh. Where the family of the Dalit youth was threatened by the bullies that they should not take out the procession by making the groom sit on a mare. After which the youth complained to the police and sought protection. Then the groom sat on the mare and the police went with the procession as a procession.
The upper caste domineering people of Sarsi village had warned the Dalit groom not to take out the procession by sitting on a mare. According to the groom Rahul Meghwal, some miscreants had threatened his father and told him not to take out his son’s procession from the village in front of the temple on a mare. Otherwise they will have to leave the village in a year. After which Dalit youth Rahul Meghwal had given an application to the police to get his procession taken out in the village. After which the police swung into action and Rahul’s procession came out in the village along with the police.
