CTET 2021: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the last date for submission of online applications for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) from October 19 to October 25.
According to the official notification, candidates can submit their fees till October 26 (3.30 PM).
CBSE has decided to conduct CTET examinations from 16 December 2021 to 13 January 2022. This exam will be CBT (Computer Based Test) only. The online application process for the exam had started from September 20.

According to the notification issued, keeping in mind the convenience of the candidates, a center has been set up in Leh. Candidates who want to change the city or any other way to take their exam can do so between 28 October to 3 November 2021.
Candidates having Post Graduation with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and three years Integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed can apply for this exam. Keeping in mind the creation of new centers and the applications of these candidates, the last date of registration has been extended.
Why it is important to pass CTET exam
It is necessary to pass the CTET exam because only CTET pass candidates can apply for the recruitment coming out in Navodaya Vidyalaya Sangathan and Kendriya Vidyalaya. CTET exam is conducted for primary level and second level. Those candidates apply for the primary level, who are willing to teach from 1st to 5th and the second level exam is for the candidates of 6th to 12th.

How to register for CTET 2021
step 1: To register, first of all, one has to visit the official website of CTET, ctet.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the link for registration given on the website.
Step 3: Now login will have to be generated by submitting name, email, mobile number and other information sought. After that login.
Step 5: Every information asked in the application form has to be submitted
Step 6: Photograph and Signature have to be uploaded.
Step 7: After that the application fee has to be paid.
Step 8After completing all the application process, take a print out of the confirmation page at the end.
