Coronavirus in India: Coronavirus cases have started increasing rapidly in the country. Due to which once again the fear of the virus is increasing across the country. For this reason, it has been announced to impose Section 144 from night curfew in different cities of different states. Gyms, sports clubs, gaming zones have been closed in some places. In the last 24 hours, 35,838 new cases of coronavirus have been reported. This is the highest in 102 days. During this time 171 people have died. Maharashtra is the most affected state, where 23179 new cases have been registered in one day.
Restrictions started again
Due to Coronavirus, gyms, sports clubs, gaming zones will be closed in Ahmedabad from Thursday, March 18. At the same time, night curfew has been announced in Bhopal and Indore of Madhya Pradesh from 17 March. Markets will be closed in eight cities of Madhya Pradesh from 10 am to 6 am. After Ghaziabad in UP, now Section 144 will continue to be applicable in Noida also till 30 April. Let me tell you that Maharashtra was the most affected, where about 64 percent of the cases occurred in the whole country.
Corona virus status in India
Talking about India, 35,838 new cases of corona virus have come and 171 deaths have occurred in the last 24 hours. In this way, the total cases of corona virus in the country has increased to 11,474,302 and so far a total of 159,250 patients have died. There are 11,061,170 total cases, while the active cases are 253,882. Before this, the highest number of 28869 cases were seen in one day of this year.
Maharashtra is the most affected state
A record 23,179 patients a day were found in Maharashtra in 24 hours, which is the highest in the last 6 months. On Wednesday, there has been an increase in total cases by 30 percent as compared to Tuesday. In Pune, 4,745 new cases of corona were found in the last 24 hours and 15 patients died. On Wednesday alone, 2,698 cases were reported in Nagpur. On September 17, 24,619 COVID-19 positive cases were found in Maharashtra. There were 84 deaths due to COVID in Maharashtra on Wednesday. The total number of corona cases in the state has increased to 23,70,507. Between March 1 and March 17, there has been a 4-fold increase in daily cases of corona in the state.
State of other states
In one day, 2,039 patients have been found in Punjab, 1,122 in Gujarat, 2,098 in Kerala and 1,275 in Karnataka. 536 cases have been reported in Delhi, 945 in Tamil Nadu, 832 in Madhya Pradesh, 887 in Chhattisgarh, 555 in Haryana, 313 in Rajasthan and 303 in West Bengal.
