Mumbai: In view of the falling graph of corona patients in Mumbai, BMC may further relax the corona restrictions from Monday. Restrictions were imposed in Mumbai after the third wave of Corona became formidable, but now the daily figures of Corona have come down from 21 thousand to 1,500. That’s why BMC is preparing to exempt common Mumbaikars from the restrictions.
Additional Commissioner of Mumbai Municipal Corporation Suresh Kakani told that many exemptions can be available in Mumbai including gardens, playgrounds, tourist places. The opening hours of hotels and restaurants can also be extended. Kakani said marriage functions, social and political events and 50 per cent attendance in gyms will continue for now. Kakani said that there is a steady decrease in corona cases in Mumbai. After discussions with the state government and the task force, an announcement can be made to relax the restrictions by Monday or Tuesday.

Parks, zoos, museums and forts were completely closed in the third wave of Corona. Apart from this, swimming pools, gyms, spas, salons, shopping malls and markets were allowed to open with 50 percent attendance. Hotels, restaurants are also allowed to open till 10 pm with equal attendance. It can be extended till 11 am.
No symptoms in 90 percent of patients
90 percent of the corona patients currently being found are such that there are no symptoms of corona. Only a few of those patients require hospitalization. Beds are lying vacant in hospitals. Patients who are showing symptoms are also recovering in 3 to 4 days. He is discharged from the hospital after his report comes negative. In the third wave, we had strengthened our preparations. We had a system to activate one lakh beds, but after the corona comes under control, it will no longer be needed.
