CBSE Class 12th Exams: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Monday announced that schools which have not completed practical or internal assessment for class 12th, will have to do the remaining assessment through online mode. With this the board said that these marks will have to be uploaded by June 28. The board issued a circular on Monday saying that the schools whose practical/internal assessment is pending, they are allowed to complete it through online mode only.
Test will be done through online meeting
For practicals and subjects which require external assessment, the external assessment will decide the date of examination in consultation with the internal examiners and take viva voce through online meeting. For other subjects, only the teachers of the respective school will conduct the internal assessment through online medium.
Many schools have not completed their practicals, which were supposed to be done physically in schools. Most states, including Delhi, had in April decided to completely re-shut schools due to a spike in cases of COVID-19.
The board has not yet decided the criteria on which the students will be evaluated in the absence of written examination after the cancellation of the 12th board examination.
