    According to information received from the police, Vishal Tekchandra Neb (47), a resident of Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, filed a complaint in the First Class Court, Bhiwandi Court, demanding that Apollo Freeze Pvt. 2 Directors of Orient General Agency Private Limited Mumbai Company Alok Sabu, Shreyas Sabu (Resident Podar Chamber Fort Mumbai) from Arihant Complex, Godown Building No. 54, Gala No. 1,4,5,10,11 located in Bhiwandi Taluka Purnagaon of the Limited Company And 7 directors Raja Kanwar, Samarnath Jha, Anju Mann, Ashish Josoria, Ashu Madan, Anay Shukla and Neeraj Bajaj of Apollo Supplier Chain Private Limited Company appointed the complainant Vishal Tekchandra Neb as distributor and agent of the company.
