All eyes on elections in two seats of Bihar
Voting is going on for the by-elections to Kusheshwar Sthan (Darbhanga) and Tarapur (Munger) assembly seats in Bihar. However, polling is slow in both these seats and only five per cent voting has taken place so far. Here RJD is putting full emphasis on snatching both the seats from JD(U). If RJD wins both the seats, it will be just 10 seats short of majority in the assembly. In Assam, 12.86 per cent voters had cast their votes till 9 am. Elections are being held here for five assembly seats- Gosaigaon, Bhabanipur, Tumulpur, Mariani and Thowra seats.
