Lucknow : In its manifesto released for the assembly elections of Uttar Pradesh, the Bharatiya Janata Party tried to answer all the promises of the SP-Congress with big announcements. While there is mention of schemes and love jihad in terms of caste equations.
Going ahead on its agenda along with all the election promises, the BJP has also talked about imprisonment of ten years and a fine of one lakh rupees in the cases of love jihad in the state. A promise has been made to build a Ramayana University in Ayodhya.

Moving ahead in the direction of solving caste equations, a memorial of Maharaj Suheldev Rajbhar has been promised in Bahraich and 40 percent subsidy has been given to the Nishad community on a boat of one lakh rupees. In the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, in the Lok Sankalp Patra released in the capital Lucknow on Monday, free irrigation to farmers, two free cylinders in a year, scooty to meritorious college students, two crore tablets and smart phones, 14 to sugarcane farmers. Many big promises have been made including day-to-day payment, Rs. 1500 pension to destitute women and senior citizens.
Promise to provide one job in every family
In the resolution letter, the effect of many announcements made for the women of the opposition parties, especially the Congress and the promises of free electricity by the Aam Aadmi Party along with the Samajwadi Party is clearly visible. In response to the SP’s promise to run a socialist canteen, the BJP has also announced to run Annapurna Rasoi to provide cheap food to all. The BJP, which has been surrounded by opposition attacks on employment, has again promised one employment to every family if the government is formed.
Investment projects worth Rs 10 lakh crore
In its manifesto for the upcoming assembly elections, the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party in Uttar Pradesh has announced investment projects worth Rs 10 lakh crore, six mega food parks, six mega health parks, five big expressways, MSME parks, mega leather parks in Kanpur. And through the START mission, 10 lakh people have been promised self-employment. The BJP’s Sankalp Patra has promised to construct five expressways in the next five years. Detailing about these, the Chief Minister said that in the next five years, the people of the state would get the gift of Ganga Expressway, Kanpur Lucknow Expressway, Gorakhpur Link Expressway, Ballia Link Expressway and Bundelkhand Expressway. In order to increase milk production, Nand Baba Milk Mission Scheme has been announced at a cost of 1000 crores in the Sankalp Patra. A promise has been made to open three state-of-the-art data centers along with setting up of six mega food and health parks in the state. The resolution letter promises to build six parks for the MSME sector and a mega leather park in Kanpur.

Two crore students will be given smart phones and tablets for free
The BJP has also promised free transport facility to women above 60 years of age, doubling the number of women in all government jobs, including the Public Service Commission, if the government is formed again in Uttar Pradesh. It has been promised in the Sankalp Patra that the beneficiaries of Ujjwala Yojana will be given two gas cylinders free of cost on the occasion of Holi and Diwali. Free scooty will be given to all the meritorious girl students going to the college. Smart phones and tablets will be given free of cost to two crore students in the state.
Chief Minister Agriculture Irrigation Scheme launched
Making a flurry of promises for the farmers, BJP’s Lok Sankalp Patra, along with free irrigation in the next five years, will start the Mukhyamantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana at a cost of Rs 5000 crore and ensure minimum support price for crops like potato, onion and tomato. Has promised to create a Bhamashah Bhava Stability Fund of Rs 1000 crores. In the first phase of the elections of West Uttar Pradesh and on the problems of sugarcane farmers, it has been promised in the resolution letter that if the government is formed again, it has been promised to make payment in 14 days and provision of interest in case of delay.
Making big announcements for the education sector, the BJP has promised to build at least one university in every circle, doubling the MBBS seats and making arrangements for tables and chairs in all primary schools.
