New Delhi: Remembering former Union Minister and senior BJP leader Arun Jaitley on his first death anniversary, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Monday, “I miss my friend very much.” In tweeting, Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared an old video which was contributed by Arun Jaitley as a political leader.

Modi wrote on Twitter, “On this day, last year, we lost Arun Jaitley ji. I miss my friend a lot. Arun ji served India wholeheartedly. His presence, intelligence, legal understanding and brilliant Everyone was convinced of personality.

In the video, the Prime Minister is heard saying that when former Finance Minister Arun Jaitley died, he could not reach her to bid her last farewell. PM Modi was in UAE when Arun Jaitley died last year.

Arun Jaitley died in AIIMS, Delhi last year. On Monday, several other senior BJP leaders paid tribute to Arun Jaitley.
