Mumbai: A political battle has started regarding the sale of wine in the supermarkets of Maharashtra. As soon as the government approved the sale of wine in supermarkets and neighborhood shops, the opposition turned aggressive. The BJP immediately surrounded it and said that the government is promoting liquor. In this episode, now social worker Anna Hazare has attacked the Uddhav government. He called it unfortunate.
It is to be known that Anna Hazare said that the decision of the Maharashtra government to allow the sale of liquor in supermarkets is unfortunate. He said that it is the duty of the government to work towards de-addiction, but I am sad to see that it is taking decisions for financial gain, which will lead to alcohol addiction.
