In his letter to Tharoor, PM Modi prayed for peace and happiness for him. PM Modi has written in the letter that birthdays are a special occasion to relive the memories of the past. At the same time, it is also the day which inspires us to fulfill our duties towards our family, society and nation with renewed vigor.
