Amit Shah and PM Narendra Modi have already made several visits to UP before the announcement of the election dates. Till now BJP has decided the names of its candidates on 105 seats. Of these, 57 candidates are from 58 seats in the first round. Apart from this, the party has decided its candidates on 48 out of 55 seats in the second phase.
