Chandigarh: Aam Aadmi Party has released the fifth list of candidates for the Punjab Assembly Elections. The Aam Aadmi Party on Tuesday released its fifth list of 15 more candidates for the upcoming Punjab Assembly elections. With this, the total number of candidates declared so far has reached 88. The party has fielded Dr. Charanjit Singh from Sri Chamkaur Sahib, the assembly seat of Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi.
In the list released earlier, AAP has named Sajjan Singh Cheema from Sultanpur Lodhi constituency, Principal Prem Kumar from Phillaur, Pandit Brahm Shankar Zimpa from Hoshiarpur, Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal from Ajnala, Jasrvinder Singh from Attari, Jagdeep Goldie Kamboj from Jalalabad and Ashok Pappi Prasar. The ticket was given from Ludhiana Central.

Gurdeep Singh Randhawa, Baldev Singh, Manju Rana, Ratan Singh, Sheetal Angural, Jeet Lal Bhatti, Kuljit Singh Karhal, Kulwant Singh, Rupendra Singh Happy, Rajendra Pal Kaur Chhina, Ranveer Singh Bhullar are included in the list released by AAP on Tuesday. At the same time, Jagroop Singh Gill from Bathinda Urban, Jaswant Singh Gajjanamjra and Gurdev Singh Dev Mann from Amargarh are included.

Meanwhile, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener Arvind Kejriwal on Friday slammed the Punjab government over the recent incident of sacrilege and blast in a Ludhiana court. Speaking to reporters in Amritsar, Kejriwal had described the Channi government as “very weak” and promised that AAP would give a strong government if voted to power.
