    Employees at 98.5 “The Sports Hub” have gone by means of sensitivity coaching within the wake of speak present host Tony Massarotti getting suspended final week over his remark about Black folks sitting behind his co-host Mike Felger.

    Massarotti returned to “Felger and Mazz” on Monday following his four-day suspension with out pay for his “insensitive” and “hurtful” comment.

    When the suspension was dropped, Beasley Media Group introduced that on-air Beasley workers within the Boston space can be taking sensitivity coaching, and Felger on Wednesday mentioned they’ve already accomplished the course.

    “You want to call out a bad comment, please by all means,” Felger mentioned. “If somebody is racist, sexist, silly, no matter it’s, name it out and name that particular person out, and if that particular person must miss a day or two of labor to get the purpose, that’s all good.

    “Rip the (expletive) out of me if I say something wrong,” he added. “… But the lose your job thing, that’s just like, that really bothers me.”

    People who’re recidivists and proceed to make horrible feedback shouldn’t preserve their jobs, he mentioned.
