According to BMC, after 5,708 new cases of corona and death of 12 patients in Mumbai in the last 24 hours, the total number of infected has increased to 1,023,707. While the death toll has reached 16,500.

At the same time, the good thing is that 15,440 people have recovered from this dangerous virus in the last 24 hours in the city. With this, the number of people recovering from corona has increased to 9,82,425. The recovery rate in the city has been recorded at 96 percent today. At present there are 22,103 active patients in the city.

According to the BMC, out of the new patients found in Mumbai, 4,795 patients (84%) have been found to be asymptomatic, while 550 patients have been admitted to the hospital. Out of which 79 required oxygen. Currently 2,196 patients are on oxygen. At the same time, a total of 4,857 patients are being treated in the hospital. At present, there are 38,093 beds in Mumbai, out of which 33,236 beds are vacant.
Corona test of 53,203 people has been done in Mumbai today. So far 148,31,298 samples have been tested here.
