- Parent Minister’s presentation before the State Planning Committee
Wardha. Development works are being done in the district under the District Annual Plan. For these schemes, the government has fixed an average limit of 131 crores to the district. Under the demand of the department, the demand of making this format Rs 317 crores for the year 2022-23 under the draft has been made by the Guardian Minister Sunil Kedar on behalf of Finance and Planning Minister Ajit Pawar in the meeting of the State Planning Committee. The meeting of the State Planning Committee was held under the chairmanship of Finance and Planning Minister Ajit Pawar.
Pawar and Guardian Minister Sunil Kedar from Mantralaya and MP Ramdas Tadas, Zip President Sarita Gakhare, District Magistrate Prerna Deshbhratar, Chief Executive Officer Dr Sachin Ombase, District Planning Officer Rajiv Kalmkar and District Level Officer were present through video conference from District Magistrate Office. In the beginning of the meeting, District Magistrate Prerna Deshbhratar presented the draft of the district before the committee and informed about the innovative works done in the district. The average limit of the government is Rs 131 crore, but keeping in view the status of the works being done in the district and to be done in the coming year, additional provision is necessary.
On making available the amount of their liability to the departments, there will be no fund for new work, said foster minister Sunil Kedar. Under the demand presented by the district level machinery, an additional Rs 185 crore will be taken. Due to which the district administration should approve the draft of Rs 317 crore prepared under the demand of torture, such demand was made by Guardian Minister Sunil Kedar towards Finance and Planning Minister Ajit Pawar. Pawar assured to increase the provision to the district at the said time.
Give funds for district hospital and new office
The work of the new building of the Women’s Hospital and the District Magistrate’s office in the district is in a state of completion. District Magistrate Prerna Deshbhratar demanded to provide funds for which some funds would be required. Pawar also assured to fund both the buildings.
MP raised the issue of housing scheme
Member of Parliament Ramdas Tadas presented the subject of Sevagram development plan, fund for water supply scheme and the central government’s stalled fund due to non-submission of utilization certificate by the state to the central government under housing scheme. The proposal of the Sevagram Development Project Fund is from the Chief Minister, for which funds will be available from the state level. There is also a fund for the water supply scheme, Pawar said about instructing the concerned to provide the utilization certificate of the central government for the housing scheme.
Anganwadi: Make provision of 12 lakhs
ZIP President Sarita Gakhare has given the limit of expenditure for Anganwadi construction work to 8 lakhs. No construction work is done in this amount. With which this fund should be made 12 lakhs, for the improvement of rural water supply and construction of various government buildings of the zip, the demand for opening of new account heads in the district annual plan for maintenance and upkeep.
