Mumbai. On Saturday, 11,394 new cases of coronavirus were reported in Maharashtra, which is 2,446 less than the cases reported a day earlier and 68 people died due to COVID-19, out of which 28 people died in Pune division. The State Health Department said that the number of daily cases of infection on Friday was 1,412 less than the cases reported on Thursday.
In Maharashtra, now the cases of corona virus have increased to 77,94,034 and the death toll is 1,43,008. In Maharashtra, a total of 21,677 patients were discharged from hospitals in the last 24 hours, taking the number of people recovering from the disease to 75,13,436 and the number of patients under treatment in the state to 1,33,655.
