Nashik : The eligible beneficiary in the Nashik Department of Ayushman Bharat Scheme is 53 lakh 38 thousand 896 but only 15 lakh 76 thousand 567 patients are given the golden card. Union Minister of State for Health Dr. Bharti Pawar has expressed displeasure. He has given instructions to the officials to distribute the cards to all the other beneficiaries immediately.
In the Health and Family Welfare Training Center here, Corona and other subjects including the Health Department were reviewed in the presence of Pawar. On this occasion, Pawar has asked to speed up the distribution of golden cards to the beneficiaries of Ayushman Bharat scheme. In the meeting, the increasing number of patients in the third wave of corona in the Nashik department and the number of possible patients reported by the central government were reviewed.

Under this, the work related to oxygen beds, ICU, ICU for young children and other essential infrastructure facilities, test kits for the increasing number of patients, state-of-the-art labs, ambulances, preparation of oxygen stock, all these things were reviewed. Information about giving funds worth crores of rupees till now through the central government for corona treatment was given on this occasion. Corona vaccination was also reviewed in the meeting.
Rs 58 crore 38 lakh approved for 127 works
A fund of Rs 58 crore 38 lakh has been approved by the 13th Finance Commission for 127 works in the department. The officials informed Dr. Pawar that this work was on the progress path. A total of 15 dental camps have been sanctioned for rural and tribal parts of the department. A grant of 65 lakhs has been approved for this. It has been distributed. In the meeting, the Deputy Director of the department Dr. PD Gandal, Co-Director Dr. MR Pattanshetty, District Surgeon Dr. Ashok Thorat, Dr. Charudatta Shinde, Dr. Kiran Patil and Health Officer Dr. Kapil Aher, Dr. Bapusaheb Nagargoje of Municipal Corporation, Dr. Jayshree Patil was present.
