Gondia: In 2011, Yashwantrao Chavan freed the government by providing free land and providing land for them to get stability and build houses on the lines of Prime Minister’s scheme. It was decided to implement the Gharkul scheme, but even after a period of 10 years, it could not be implemented. Due to which this plan is proving to be futile.
On 27 December 2011, an ambitious scheme named Yashwantrao Chavan Mukt Gharkul was started by the then government to give the benefit of household on the lines of Ramai and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. On January 30, 2013 and August 12, 2014, the government had issued a reformed order to the concerned department for its benefit to the needy beneficiaries of the deviant caste, Jamati and its effective implementation. Whereas there was a delay in getting the funds as per the requirement from the government level. Not only this, due to the lax policy of the administration, this scheme has been kept in cold storage for the last several years.
On January 24, 2018, the government implemented the reformed Yashwantrao Chavan Free Gharkul Yojna in the state, especially for the denotified castes, stray Jamaatis belonging to this category of rural areas. In this, due to non-availability of one hectare of land for a total of 20 families, according to the local situation, the district level committee constituted under the chairmanship of the District Collector was given the right to relax the condition. In this, a total of 10 beneficiary families should be given benefits when land is available, the funds of the scheme should be deposited directly into the personal account of the beneficiaries like Ramai Yojana, individual benefits should be given when space is available collectively in the rural area, for this Tehsil In the level committee, there will be a sub-divisional officer head and a 10-member committee. According to the terms and conditions of the people belonging to the disembodied caste and stray Jamaati in the village, there are such instructions to survey the committee, patwari and village servant.
no profit even after 10 years
A period of 10 years has passed since the inception of this scheme. Despite this, the person of this society has not got the benefit of household in any village of the district under this scheme. Had the effective implementation of the said scheme been done in the tehsil, many people could have got the benefit of the household. Similarly, it could have helped in filling the backlog of Gharkul, but the apathy of the administration, administration and a large number of needy people of this society are deprived of this ambitious plan.
