Corona vaccine vaccines are being administered in all states and union territories of the country. However, it has now come to the fore in Maharashtra that its stock is very less in the state and additional stock will be required in three days. Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope gave this information today. According to the information given by Tope, there are not enough doses of vaccine at many vaccination centers in the state and people are being returned due to its shortage. The state has sought approval from the Center for vaccination of people aged between 20-40 years on priority.
Maharashtra currently has only 14 lakh vaccine doses available, which will expire within three days. According to Tope, the state has demanded an additional dose of 40 lakhs every week. Tope said that the Center is providing the vaccine to the state, but its supply is slow.

20-40 year olds demand for vaccination
Tope said that from the center, people aged 20-40 years have sought vaccination on the basis of priority. Apart from this, he said that the vaccine waste rate in the state is 3 percent, which is almost half of the national average of 6 percent. Vestage rate is the lost or lost vaccine rate. Apart from this, he said that the need for Remedesvir dosage is more in the state because 50 thousand doses of it are consumed in the state every day. He said that the maximum price of each dose should be Rs 1100-1400.
Fear of new strain of corona virus
State Health Minister Tope has feared that there is a new strain of corona virus in the state which is infecting more and more people in a short time. He said that the samples have been sent to the National Centers for Disease Control to confirm the apprehension related to the new strain. Many restriction have been imposed in the state regarding the increasing cases of corona cases. Regarding these restriction, Tope said that politics should be done in the event of an epidemic and for this neither Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray appealed, which is also supported by BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis. Tope says that in such a situation, the appointments should not be protected against the restriction. Tope said that more than 7 tonnes of oxygen is consumed every day and 12 metric tonnes are produced. He said that industries which use oxygen will be closed if the need arises.
