Gold declined by Rs 142 to Rs 47,480 per 10 grams. HDFC Securities gave this information. Due to this, gold had closed at Rs 47,622 per 10 grams in the previous trading session.

Silver price also declined
There was a fall in the price of silver in the Delhi bullion market today. Its price declined by Rs 615. Due to this, the price of silver fell to Rs 60,280 per kg in the Delhi bullion market today. In the last trading session, it had closed at Rs 60,895 per kg.

Gold and silver prices in the international market
HDFC Securities Senior Analyst (Commodities) Tapan Patel said, “Spot gold of 24 carat in Delhi fell by Rs 142 under pressure from the correction in the rupee.” In the international market, gold rose marginally to 1,799. The dollar rose to an ounce, while silver remained almost unchanged at $ 22.30 an ounce. Patel said, “New York-based commodity exchange, Comex, on Monday, the price of gold remained strong and stood at $ 1,799 an ounce.”
