In HRMS, the entire settlement process of the retiring personnel under the third settlement module will be online.
Indian Railways has launched an online HR management system (HRMS) for all its personnel. This system is also for retired railway personnel. Under this system, the existing railway employees and pensioners will not have much problem to check their PF balance and apply for PF advance and they will be able to do it online from home.

You can apply for PF advance sitting at home
Railway Board Chairman and CEO Vinod Kumar Yadav said that three new modules of HRMS have been launched – Employee Self Service, Provident Fund Advance Settlement and User Depot Module. He says that this will increase the productivity of the railways and will give more satisfaction to the workers.
Under the Employee Self Service Module, railway personnel will get facilities like data correction. Under the provident fund advance module, railway personnel will be able to check their PF balance and can apply online for PF advance. The entire process of PF Advance will be online and workers will be able to track it as well.

Due to being online, the process will be completed on time
In HRMS, the entire settlement process of the retiring personnel under the third settlement module will be online. Workers will be able to fill their settlement or pension booklet online. Apart from this, the information of their service details and pension processing will be online. This will not only save the paper, apart from this, the settlement due of retired personnel can be monitored on time.
