3. You put 3 grams of khoya in 5 liters of hot water. Allow to cool for a while and then add iodine solution. If the color of mawa turns blue, then it is adulterated.
4. You can also identify mawa by eating it. Fake mawa is sticky to eat. If you eat real mawa, it tastes like raw milk.
5. If the mawa starts to break down by pouring it in water, then understand that it is spoiled.
