6) Drink milk mixed with turmeric. Mix half a teaspoon of turmeric in 150 mL of warm milk. One can drink such milk once or twice a day.

Apply sesame oil or coconut oil or ghee to both the nasal cavities. Do this once or twice a day in the morning or evening.
Fill one spoon of sesame oil or coconut oil in the mouth. Swirl it in the mouth for two to three minutes and then spill it. After this rinse with warm water. Do this once or twice a day. Steam fresh mint or celery once or twice a day. If you have a sore throat or cough, mix clove powder with honey or sugar and take it two or three times a day.
