People also feel stressed when they are dehydrated. To avoid this, doctors also recommend drinking plenty of water. Dehydration is also known as dehydration ,. Dehydration, that is, lack of water in the body. Actually, due to excessive sweating from the body, more water is needed to balance the body temperature. - According to experts, drink water on an empty stomach as soon as you get out of bed in the morning. Always carry a water bottle with you and drink water after every one hour.
- To keep yourself hydrated, include watermelon, berries, tomatoes, corn, oranges and green vegetables in the diet.
- If you get bored of drinking plain water again and again, then you can use lemon in the water.
Generally in summer, thermogenic food like fish and chicken should be eaten mostly at night. Skim cheese or smoothies are good sources of protein which you can have for lunch. Millet is eaten in winter. Therefore, eat jowar rotis in place of millet in summer. Vegetable juices, smoothies, buttermilk and salad can be included in the diet to keep the body hydrated in summer.
