Staying healthy may not be so easy in today’s era, but small efforts can bring big colors. If you follow these simple rules then you will always be fit and healthy… It is not difficult to follow these steps and we all know about them but just we do not follow them, but you should try them from tomorrow and see the difference and feel Do it!

  1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. Take fruit juices as well.
  2. Drink two glasses of lukewarm water as soon as you wake up in the morning.
  3. Get plenty of sleep. Stay away from stress
  4. Do yoga and exercise. Take time every day and do some physical activity. Light exercise is essential for agility throughout the day.
  5. Make sure to have a healthy breakfast. Yes, whenever you wake up in the morning, nutritious breakfast is most important to increase your energy and start fresh day of new day, so that the body gets energy for the whole day.
  6. Keep varietals in your food, so that you get all kinds of nutrition.
  7. Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables. Eat fruits and vegetables of all colors.
  8. Also include dry fruits in your diet. Take plenty of hole grains and fibers too.
  9. Eat healthy snacks. For a 4 o’clock hunger, keep a healthy option. Drink soups, eat salads.
  10. Drink as little as possible of alcohol, cigarettes, tea and coffee.
  11. Do the work of your choice, take time to complete your hobbies too. This will refresh you.
  12. Wash hands before cooking and eating. If there is no soap and water, use a sanitizer.
  13. Cover your mouth while coughing and wear a mask while going in the dust and sun.
  14. Avoid over-eating. Many times we eat more of our favorite food as soon as we see it, but do not do it. Always eat a little less than hunger, so that there is no room for water.
  15. Do not eat too many pen killers. Try home remedies.
  16. One hour before eating, drink lemon juice in a glass of water.
  17. Do not drink water immediately after meals.
  18. At night, drink a glass of sweet milk at bedtime.
  19. Always feel good about yourself and keep positive thinking.
  20. After bathing, concentrate a little. This brings concentration in the mind and makes you feel refreshed.
  21. Do not sit in one place for too long, nor watch TV for long. Regularize your routine and follow it honestly.
  22. If your eating habits are not good, then instead of changing it completely, make changes slowly.
  23. Listen to your body. Every person’s need and body type and body clock is different, plan your diet and exercise accordingly.
  24. Instead of eating it twice a day, eat a little in 5-6 times.
  25. Chew and eat.
  26. Include monounsaturated fats in your diet. You will get this from white mustard oil, peanut oil and almonds. Apart from this, it also has its source in pumpkin and sesame oil.
  27. Also include polyunsaturated fats and omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. You will get this from fatty fish, such as salmon, sardines and oil of cold water fishes. Apart from this, flax seeds, soybeans and corn are also good sources of polyunsaturated fats.
  28. Reduce the amount of fats saturated with your diet. It is found in red meat and dairy products.
  29. Also reduce trance fats, which are found in fried and baked foods, cookies, candies and other processed foods.
  30. Take different proteins. You will find these in beans, nuts, seeds, tofu, soy products. But do not take salted, sugar or refined nuts.
  31. Be sure to take calcium-rich foods, such as milk, buttermilk and yogurt. They quickly digest. Apart from this, green leafy vegetables are also a good source of calcium.
  32. Avoid eating too much salt and sweet. Make a chart by doing your week-long diet plan. Avoid stale food. Eat fresh cooked food as much as possible.
  33. Also get regular health checkups done. Sometimes diseases like diabetes or high blood pressure go undetected for years.
  34. Ventilation in the house should be good. Keep the windows open during the day, so that there is fresh air and plenty of light.
  35. Use AC only when necessary and also get it cleaned from time to time.
  36. Do not sit in one place till late in the office. Take frequent walks.
  37. Do not stay in front of the computer for too long. Periodically close the eyes and relax.
  38. Do not talk on the phone for too long, it also causes many disorders.
  39. If possible, join dancing and swimming classes. With this, there will be exercises as well as fun.
  40. Drink honey and lemon mixed with lukewarm water on an empty stomach every morning.
  41. Mix 1 cup chopped cabbage, 1 teaspoon cumin and 3 cups of water in 1 cup chopped sweet ripe apples and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Sieve and mix it with enough water to make 3 cups. Drink it a little throughout the day.
  42. Drink lemon daily. Either in the form of lemonade or by adding lemon juice to the food. It improves digestion power.
  43. Taking 1 tsp of fish oil every morning is also very healthy.
  44. Eat broccoli and spinach as much as possible.
  45. Make a drink of orange peel and drink it. Eat fresh tomatoes.
  46. Take black tea or green tea.
  47. Brush your teeth even before bedtime. To remove the bad odor of the mouth, put baking soda in the water and gargle.
  48. If the teeth and gums suffer, mix rock salt and mustard oil and massage the gums.
  49. Get body and head massages done on weekends. This will also reduce fatigue and increase blood circulation.
  50. Changing air and water is very important. This reduces stomach diseases. Plan holidays and go outside.
  51. laugh uncontrollably. May your laughter not disappear under everyday stress. Laughing openly increases flexibility in the lungs and gives them fresh air.
