If the noodles remain raw and are not soft enough then put them in the salt water and cover it in the vessel and keep it on the gas for a while, if your noodles remain raw then the taste of your veg noodles will be tasteless.

You can boil the vegetables put in the veg noodles before roasting them. Cut all the vegetables into a pot and add some water and boil the vegetables, this will cook your vegetables and make the noodles taste.
If the person who does not like vegetables is in your house, then you can also make your veg noodles tasty and feed them all by using only onions and tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 200 gram noodles
  • 1 carrot finely chopped
  • 1 finely chopped capsicum
  • 1 cabbage finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp Chilli mother-in-law
  • 2 tsp soya saas
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • Salt to taste

How to make Veg Noodles Recipe

To make veg noodles, first put water and salt in a vessel and put it on the gas for boiling. Take the noodles and break them in the middle. When the water starts boiling then add these noodles in it. Boil the noodles until they become soft. Turn off the gas when the noodles are soft. Sieve them with the help of a sieve.

Now take a pan and put oil in it to heat it. When the oil is hot, add carrots, cabbage and capsicum to it and keep stirring them with the help of a spatula. After you have roasted your vegetables, add boiled noodles, soy sauce, salt, chili sauce, vinegar and black pepper and mix all the mixture well. Allow the noodles to cook on the gas for 3-4 minutes. Turn off the gas when the noodles are cooked. Your delicious veg noodles are ready. Survey them all by putting tomato sauce extracted on a plate.
