Spring roll material
- Flour 8 tablespoons
- Corn flour 4 tsp
- Water one and a half cup
- 2 pinches of salt
- Onion half cup (sliced)
- Green capsicum half cup (sliced)
- Carrot Half cup (sliced)
- Red Cabbage Half cup (sliced)
- Soya sauce 2 teaspoons
- Ginger 1 gram (grated)
- Pinch of salt 3
- 2 pinch black pepper powder
- Oil 2 tablespoons
- Handful of coriander leaves
Spring roll preparation
To make a spring roll, the first thing to do is to make a spring roll wrapper. For this, add maida, corn flar, water and salt in a large vessel and mix well so that there are no lumps in it. Keep in mind that this mixture made from fine flour should not be thick but a little thin. Grease it in a non stick pan with some oil. After heating the pan on medium heat, add a ladle of flour in it and make a thin pancake (scream) while rotating the pan.
Allow the pancake to cook on medium heat until it starts to come out on its own. When the scream starts leaving the edge, take it out in a plate. It does not need to be cooked from the other side. Make the same wrappers from the leftover flour mixture and sprinkle some flour over the prepared wrappers and keep one on top. Keep in mind that the cooked side of the chilla is up.
Spring Rolls Recipe
Now take a pan and put a spoon of oil in it and heat it on high heat. Now put all the vegetables in it and fry it lightly. Do not gargle the vegetables completely, but leave them slightly crunchy.
