1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp cornflour
1 teaspoon garam masala
2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Cashew Pearls Casserole Recipe
Soak rice in water for half an hour! Cut onions and peppers lengthwise! Grate the cheese and mix in a bowl with salt, garam masala and corn flour! Make small balls and fry until golden! Fry cashews too! Add cumin, cinnamon, onion and green chillies to the hot oil, fry it! Add ginger-garlic paste and turmeric and mix! Add rice to the pan and mix well! Add salt, water, half cashew and coriander and mix! Cover the pan and cook the rice! Garnish with cheese balls and cashews and serve!
First of all, thoroughly wash the rice and soak it in 1/2 hour of water.
Now keep the water in a big pot for boiling
Add rice, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaves in boiling water and cover the rice by cooking the heat and keep it for cooking
When the rice is slightly raw, filter it in a sieve and remove excess water! When all the water is filtered, put the rice in the pot
Peel and mash the potatoes. Add chenna, cornflour, salt and 1/2 teaspoon garam masala to the potato and knead it.
Fry small beads of this mixture in hot oil until they turn red.
Then heat the ghee in another pan and fry the cashews till they turn light brown.
Add cumin and onion and fry until golden.
Add boiled rice, peas, salt, garam masala, half the amount of fried pearls and some fried cashews and mix well
Garnish with coriander leaves
Remove in a serving plate and garnish with the remaining ingredients and serve hot! First of all, wash and soak the rice well.
Now we will make saffron beads!
First grate the cheese!
Now add maida, grated potatoes in it!
Now make small tablets from this mixture, put 1,2 threads of saffron inside it. Turn it round!
Make all saffron beads this way!
Now heat saffron pearl frying oil in a pan.
