4 cups urad dal
2 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp chironji
1 tsp raisins
1/2 tsp asafoetida
1 tsp water
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp salt
cumin powder
6 tsp tamarind chutney
6 tsp mint chutney

Pomegranate
Yogurt recipe
- Soak the washed urad dal in water for 7-8 hours.
- Drain the lentils and grind them.
- Add salt, red chili powder, chironji, raisins and asafoetida.
- Toss it with your hand.
- Now make small balls with your hand.
- Fry them till they turn golden brown.
- Take yogurt in a bowl and whisk it well, then add salt and black salt to it.
- Mix the whole ingredients well.
- Soak the prepared bhals in water, now squeeze them out of the water and take them out in a plate.
Put curd on them. Sprinkle black salt, cumin powder and red chili. - Then add tamarind and mint sauce.
