Tablespoon garam masala powder

1 handful mint leaves
Ingredients to make gravy: tomato, onion, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric and salt – as per taste
Method of making gravy: To make gravy, put oil or butter in a frying pan on low flame, keep it for heating. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and fry for 1 minute. Then add onion and cook on high heat. When the onion turns golden color, add chopped tomatoes and cook it on low flame. Now add some turmeric powder, red chilli and garam masala and mix. After cooking for 5-6 minutes, add roasted chicken pieces and mix it well with the spices. Cook on high heat for a while and wait until cooked. Now your chicken tikka masala is ready, you can eat it with roti or rice.
How to make Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe
This chicken tikka spice needs no introduction. You can make it easily at home. First of all, clean and clean the chicken legpiece. After this, cut it into medium pieces and keep it in a shallow pot. Now add curd, turmeric powder, cumin powder, 1 teaspoon chilli and coriander powder in a bowl and mix. After this, marinate the chicken pieces in it and keep it in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours, so that the flavor of all the ingredients comes in it. To make the perfect chicken tikka masala, the chicken pieces should be well marinated.
Now roast the marinated chicken in the oven until it becomes crispy. Keep in mind that the chicken is brown on both sides. After this, heat the oil in a pan on medium heat. Fry all the ingredients lightly until oil starts separating from the mixture. Now add cream to it and cook on low flame for 5 minutes until the breath is thick. After this, add a piece of baked chicken into the breath. After this, fry on a low flame for 5-6 minutes until the chicken is mixed in the flavor. How to make Chicken Tikka Masala
Put curry or tandoori paste in a bowl. Now add curd and mix it well. Then add the chicken pieces and mix well. Keep this mixture in the fridge for about one to two hours. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake chicken pieces for 10 minutes. So, you put the cream, tomato, ginger and garlic in a bowl and grind it. Now keep it on the side. Heat oil in a pan. Fry them by adding bay leaf and onion. When the onion turns golden-brown, add chilli, turmeric, paprika, salt, cumin, coriander and garam masala.
Now fry for a minute. Then add the chicken pieces to it. Fry for five minutes. After this add a mixture of tomatoes and cream. Cover and cook on a low flame for five minutes. When curry is red and cream starts to cook, add a little water and cook for a minute. Keep in mind that the texture of the dish should be thick and soft. The more finely chopped onion, the thicker the gravy will be. Then remove the mixture from the heat. Garnish with green coriander and serve.
